Skin maceration. Fermentation at controlled low temperature in stainless steel tanks, maturing on lees for 1 to 2 months, cold treatment and filtration.

Tasting Notes :
Very aromatic bouquet with citrus fruit notes (lemon). Good roundness in the mouth with a very aromatic finish.
Ideal with seafood (oysters).
